Networking Code of Ethics
By Barry Holzbach
We have to be very careful with what we say. It's best to err on the side of under-promising and over-delivering. We should let our Yes be Yes and our No should be No.
In other words we must match our "Say" and "Do" up:
I will provide the quality of services at the prices I have quoted.
I will be truthful with others I develop a relationship with and their referrals.
I will build goodwill and trust among others and their referrals.
I will take responsibility for following up on referrals when I receive them.
I will display a positive and supportive attitude.
I will live by the highest ethical standards of my profession.
If you agree with these, then begin putting them in force, to enhance the market place we are in.
