COMMON SENSE FLOORING, INC. |
Answer: 3pm - 6pm Explanation: 3-6 pm is a critical time for business with Asia.
I would have completed/address the most critical task of the day. Reviewed all overseas emails and have replied/developing new instructions/task/projects and sent before Asia opens. Between 4-6 is critical for video/email/chat correspondence to provide additional clarity to projects and/or instructions. 5-6 are last minute followups if Asia has additional questions/instructions.
However, with international business; your work day/week really never ends. Asia knows generally leave the office by 6-ish, but they know I will be back online by 9-12 midnight. If there are urgent products/deadlines, they know I am available 24/7.
Communications with overseas partners has become very "too" easy and a traditional 8 hour work day simply doesn't exist. I do have a strict rule of not answering anything on Sunday..."unless" it's absolutely urgent (Still working on that for more than 20 yrs). |
