What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

My advice would be to use an independent home inspector, why pay higher prices so they can pay their franchise fee? Use an experienced inspector. War is a young man's game, not home inspection. Find an InterNACHI inspector as they are usually the best trained. If all that you can afford is the cheap inspector, that is better than no inspector. The best value is rarely the cheapest or most expensive.

A general home inspection with radon testing is the most popular service.

In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?

We use rechargeable batteries whenever possible. We send digital reports to our customer who may not need to print it out. We recycle as much as possible and I mean possible. I do the same at home as well.

We proudly operate in the 21st century. We use the latest, high quality gear for the savvy customer. We have successfully combined the latest technology with an old school work ethic. We still use tall ladders while most inspectors are using binoculars from the ground or bring a toy helicopter that doesn't work in the wind or rain.

We are best known for taking time with our customer and providing an easily understood report. All the education and experience does no good if you forget who you are providing the service for.
