How We Charge For Our Services
|
Carpet - Install
- $2.20 per square foot (economy grade with padding)
- $2.20 per square foot (mid-grade with padding)
On average we charge $1.50 per square foot for installation of materials and $0.70 per square foot for 1/2" moisture barrier pad and $0.50 per square foot for 3/8" pad with net (not moisture barrier).

Carpet - Repair, Refasten, or Stretch
- $250.00 per room to stretch carpeting
There is a minimum charge of $250.00, otherwise the price is based on the size of the rooms and where the location of the job is.

Ceramic Tile - Install
- $15.00 to $20.00 per square foot (including labor and a mid-grade tile)
- $6.00 to $10.00 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer)
Everything depends on the size of the job, how much prep is needed, and quality of materials used. With the ever changing price of materials and availability of materials the cost varies from job to job.

Laminate Wood or Stone Floor - Install
- $4.00 to $10.00 per square foot (mid-grade laminate installed)
All prices could vary depending on tear out, floor prep, moving furniture and appliances, pulling and replacing trim or adding new trim pieces, moldings, etc.
