How We Charge For Our Services

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $75.00 to $90.00 per hour
- $0.12 to $0.17 per square foot
- $195.00 to $450.00 fixed fee - flat rate
I will charge a flat rate based on the square footage of the home. No mileage or additional hidden charges

Home Inspection Services
- $195.00 to $295.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $265.00 to $425.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $425.00 to $500.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $265.00 to $345.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Pricing includes the onsite inspection and the report. I also will return to re inspect anything that is repaired or replaced as a result of the initial inspection at no charge.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $85.00 to $125.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Mold testing or air quality tests are a flat rate of $85.
