Home Inspection Services
- $295.00 to $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house - $375.00 to $495.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house - $495.00 to $895.00 for +4,000 sf house - $375.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical) Collect upon completion prior to turning over reports.

Roof - Inspection
- $95.00 to $150.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline) Most homes in SWFL are one story and the roof inspection is much easier. 2 story and higher homes require additional arrangements to verify conditions.
