Luis is excellent! He was extremely thorough in inspecting the property and explaining all of his findings to me. I was apprehensive about the inspection process, but Luis took extra time to answer all of my questions and concerns and provided sound guidance on questions I could ask the seller. He was kind, professional, friendly, and very patient. He completed the inspection report the same day and it was more detailed than I expected! There were plenty of pictures to show the concerns and he detailed everything (even items my keen eyes missed). I highly recommend ACF Home Inspections!
