How We Charge For Our Services
|
Bathroom Designers - Residential
- $100.00 to $150.00 per hour
- $5.00 to $15.00 per square foot (for design only)
- 10.00 to 20.00 percent of construction
My fee's depend upon the scope of work being performed. Fee's can be charged by the hour or as a fixed rate, which ever best fits the scope of work and the clients budget.

Designer - Interior Lighting Plan
- $100.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $800.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee for typical two-story home
Lighting plans are detailed and are done in AutoCAD to ensure that all the clients needs are covered. CAD fee's are fixed fee's, however are flexible depending upon the scope of work

Designers - Drafters - CAD Drafting
- $50.00 to $85.00 per hour for original plans
CAD design is very detailed and I'm a perfectionist! The fee will depend upon exactly how much detail and how many plans.

Designers - Kitchens
- $100.00 to $150.00 per hour
- $5.00 to $15.00 per square foot (design only)
- 10.00 to 20.00 percent of construction

Interior Decorators - Residential
- $100.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
Interior decorating is a very flexible rate. If you only need me to go out with you and do some material selections for your project and don't know what to select I can charge a "Day" rate to help you bring together your vision. Please contact me to discuss your project

- $100.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
