AJ Services is a commercial office cleaning company that use a wide variety of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment to facilitate and expedite the cleaning process. The scope of work include all internal, general and routine cleaning - including floor care, tile cleaning, partition walls, restrooms, break-rooms, furniture dusting, windows cleaning, deep cleans of sanitary conveniences and washing facilities, kitchens and dining areas, consumables and feminine hygiene facilities and sanitizing as well as cleaning of telephones and other periodic cleaning as required. External cleaning, parking maintenance, trash disposal and more per client request.

How We Charge For Our Services

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $19.00 to $27.00 per hour
- $0.07 to $0.19 per square foot
- $55.00 to $75.00 fixed fee per visit
We charge per square foot or by an hour. Minimum charge for single service is $55.00 to $75.00 depends on distance.

Janitorial Services
- $19.00 to $27.00 per hour (per person)
- $0.07 to $0.19 per square foot
Usually it's by hour charge which is $19.00 - $27.00 x hour of labour.

Maid & Interior Cleaning Services
- $19.00 to $27.00 per hour (per person)
- $150.00 to $200.00 per visit for a typical 4 bedroom home
We have discontinued residential cleaning services. We only offer full range of commercial cleaning services.
