Spool with 6 pumps!
Did an inspection of this pool this week that is small enough to be a spa, in fact it is a swim spa. But it had six different pumps, heater, filter, and an auto fill that was not working. The buyers thought everything was working just fine, and thinks that inspection, they found out it was not.

How We Charge For Our Services

Pool - Inspection
- $300.00 to $500.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
My fee is based upon how many pumps there are on the system, as it takes longer to do the inspection when there's more than two pumps, and that much longer to type up the report if there's more than two pumps. Plus, if I have to travel over 50 miles from my starting point to get inspection, there may be an additional fee for travel.
