How We Charge For Our Services

Concrete Patio or Walkway - Repair
- $80.00 to $180.00 per hour (plus materials)
Pricing as a general rule of thumb is based off the degree of grime, mildew, estimated labor, manpower and effort with materials computed. if in 30 mile radius no mileage fee. CLEANING OF SURFACES!

Gutter Cleaning
- $85.00 to $150.00 per cleaning
Cleaning prices based on level of debris and manpower vs risk/size of area and subject to hazards. Single Stories are not as much of a risk, we will perform our best work on any size home, however as a standard minimal $140 fee for 2 story home.( We Will Work With you to get your home where it is manageable and affordable, even if it means multiple jobs !!)
