This happens very often. There are a lot of unknowns with the type of work we do. Recently we completed a fireplace install. It started out very similar to most new build homes, then we discovered some hidden surprises in the wall. We put the extra time needed in to complete it and do it right. We then had issues with the customers equipment that they already owned, after some troubleshooting on their behalf we were able to remedy the situation and leave with a job well done and another satisfied client.
