How We Charge For Our Services

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $30.00 to $90.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $340.00 to $390.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Typically payment is due at the time of inspection, with some rare exceptions.
