- $25.00 per man hour
We follow Industry set guidelines for time studies on times it takes to clean square footage of various floor types, empty numbers of trash cans, clean numbers of sinks, toilets, urinals, clean flat surfaces and than types of equipment used to clean each; example backpack vacuum vs stand up vacuum or string mop vs flat mop. Once we have calculated total time than we multiply by single individual per hour, than by times per week than by 4.3 weeks per month.
