What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

It comes down to 2 things, credentials or trusting the contractor. I strive to have the top credentials. My take on trusting someone is, were they on time, did they dress right, personal hygiene etc. If anything is off, I stay away from them. That's my personal forte, I know it can sound harsh but losing a lot of money is worse.
