What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Check them out first. Don't go with somebody who happens to be working the neighborhood by door knocking. They're usually just trying to make money for the day and can't be found online. Go with a company that's established and has a good name. Always have the insurance certificate emailed to you with current date. Just because they have a paper, doesn't mean they paid the premium. Don't fall for scare tactics! Tree workers can always find something wrong with every tree on your property. Use common sense and follow your gut instinct! Usually if it's too good to be true, it's probably false. NEVER pay till job is completed unless it's a huge job and need half down. Last but not least cheapest is not always the best, you get what you paid for! I hope this advice will be helpful.
