- $299.00 to $699.00 for typical four-bedroom home
- $80.00 per sample
Includes one air test or swab for 800 sq feet

Mold - Remediation & Removal
- $2.00 to $12.00 per square foot
ATTIC REMEDIATION & CRAWL SPACE $2 to 4per sq ft No removal – cleaning + treating REMEDIATION WITH REMOVAL $6 to 12per sq ft Remediation with removal + cleaning

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $80.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $299.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Includes one air test or swab for 800 Square Feet. $80 per extra test for multi floor space.
