ACI was founded by David Borchardt, a Charlottesville native with a degree in Building Construction from the Virginia Tech College of Architecture and Urban Studies. David was certified as a Virginia Mold Remediation Supervisor and is a Virginia Licensed Class A Contractor and Realtor licensed to sell real estate in Virginia. He has facilitated sales, designed, built and remodeled homes in Albemarle and surrounding counties for over 25 years. David is also a HUD Certified Consultant and Inspector. It is this extensive knowledge and experience that makes ACI a leader in mold inspection, testing and remediation services.
