How We Charge For Our Services

Architects - Commercial
- $125.00 to $250.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $2.00 to $5.00 per square foot (design cost only)
- 5.00 to 10.00 percent of construction cost
I try to charge the client what they are comfortable with. If they want a smaller fee, I can adjust the design package to fit their budget.

Architects - Residential
- $125.00 to $175.00 per hour (plus materials)
- 3.00 to 10.00 percent of construction cost
I try to charge the client what they are comfortable with. If they want a smaller fee, I can adjust the design package to fit their budget. I charge based on percentage of cost because it is the most fair to client, smaller projects smaller fee, larger project larger fee

Designer - Building
- $100.00 to $150.00 per hour
- 3.00 to 10.00 percent of construction
