What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

I provide home inspections for the home buyer, home seller, residential home investors and property management companies. I also do a 11 Month Warranty inspection for those who have bought a new home and the builder's warranty is fixing to expire.
Other services offered are phase inspections, septic and water well inspections, sewer camera inspection and well water testing.
I most cases, I offer; through a separate company; a 120 warranty for the homes that I inspect.

How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $275.00 to $325.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $450.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $800.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $325.00 to $375.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
I try to give the customer the best service for their money while trying to make ends meet with this economy
