How We Charge For Our Services

Real Estate Appraisers - Residential
- $300.00 to $400.00 fixed fee (single family home or condo)
The fee is based upon the complexity/scope of work of the assignment. Location, size of dwelling, physical condition of dwelling, etc.

Real Estate Brokers & Agents - Residential
- 3.00 percent of sale
Commission based.

Real Estate Consultants
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour
Depending upon the scope of work of job analyzed.
