How We Charge For Our Services

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $400.00 to $800.00 per square foot
Commercial Inspections are quotes are depending on square footage of building.

Home Inspection Services
- $300.00 to $325.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $340.00 to $425.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $425.00 to $500.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $325.00 to $340.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Pricing on Home Inspections also depend on the age of the home or building. Pool and Termite Inspections have additional, but competitive fees.

Pool - Inspection
- $195.00 to $225.00 for inspection and report (olympic size commercial pool)
- $195.00 to $225.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
Pool Inspections included with a General Home Inspection are performed for $60.00

Roof - Inspection
- $200.00 to $240.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
Roof inspections are included with a full General Home Inspection at no additional cost.
