Addition to House - Build
- $160.00 to $200.00 per square foot for premium grade construction
- $80.00 to $160.00 per square foot for standard grade construction
Price depending upon multiple factors like age of home, access and security, materials and material grade, difficulty of building features, timeline of final inspection. We strive hard to keep our cost to the client down without cutting corners or using inferior materials/products and unskilled or inexperienced labor. By using highly skilled workers who showed skillsets vital to production and growth in the industry, we can pass the savings of having to repurchase materials and extended manhours just repairing costly mistakes by people with no business being in our business onto the customer and the projects bottom line.

Asbestos Siding - Repair
- $120.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
This service being so crucial to perform without mistakes, the painstaking time to double bag and remove without causing too much dust to fly, and the fact we don't charge hourly but per 25 sq ft leads me to give this rough estimate on hourly rates. We charge between $800 to $1200 per "square", or rather 100 square feet. Our skilled crew can remove and package 1/4 square an hour give or take, depending on the structure and the condition of the tiles. The other extreme expense beyond hazard pay is the cost to dispose of tiles.

Bathroom - Remodel
- $120.00 to $200.00 per square foot
- $12,000.00 to $27,500.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom)
Materials are raising the cost of every remodel by thousands, with what use to be cheaper materials costing what high end top of the line products were. By having a solid gameplan and attacking the room with precision demo work and a quick turnaround on cleanup, we can save the client quite a bit on lowered labor costs. Depending on material quality, fixture pricing, and added amenities like radiant heating under tile, pricing fluctuates pretty wildly.

Custom Home - Build
- $250.00 to $375.00 per square foot (basic construction)
There's no possible way to put numbers on here and explain it in less than 700 characters. There are too many variables, too many options, and too many designs. What I can tell you is by sitting down and going over your build, your homes options, your budget (lets face it, it all comes down to your budget. What things are necessities and what things are wants, and what you're willing to reduce the quality rating on and what you require to be top notch. It all starts with a budget and an idea.

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
- $35.00 to $45.00 per square foot (cedar)
- $30.00 to $40.00 per square foot (pressure treated pine)
- $40.00 to $50.00 per square foot (composite)
A base price of $25 for labor, with slight adjustment due to possible jobsite issues, we try to maintain a consistent labor fee as low as possible, with the overall cost including the price of material for the deck framing, waterproofing joist butyl tape, screws, beams, cement pads and saddles to support the posts, and the decking whether its PT, exotic hardwoods, or composite.

Drywall - Install or Replace
- $65.00 to $85.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $1.79 to $5.75 per square foot
We charge, for new construction and now existing removal of old drywall needed, between $1.79 and $2.04 a sq ft. Remodel pricing is between $2.20 and $5.75. No removal and very limited prep to achieve a nice flat install that doesn't require a lot of finish work to look good, the low end of our pricing starts at $2.20 and goes up based on the amount of work to be done. Removal and reinstall is around $5.75 and covers demo, prep, and finishing of drywall.
Deposit due at signing, % due at phases, sum due on completion.
Repairs for drywall are charged hourly and varies per job. Trip charges are applied to smaller jobs that require multiple trips.

Drywall - Repair

Varies per job, and size of job. Small patches that require multiple trips and short on-site time will be given trip charges due to costs of travel. Deposit due at signing, sum due on completion.

Fiber Cement Siding - Install
- $10.00 to $12.00 per square foot
Pricing is for remodel of exterior with tear off and replacing with Fiber-Cement siding like Hardie or Cemplank, and is charged per 100 square feet. Price includes material, housewrap and flashing, nails, caulk, and installation. What's excluded is blades, trim, paint, or window/vent/bib blocking. Prices are for primed material only and a deposit is due at signing, with a % due at phases, and sum due on completion.
