What would you like your customers to know about your company?
|
A:
|
We at "ALWAYS BEST SOLUTIONS LLC", are founded on not cutting corners. We pride ourselves on always being open to those issues one uncovers when providing services to our clients, whereas the majority of these home improvement companies will put a bandaid on the issue, without disclosing what has been discovered just to hurry the project and receive the payment. We truly leave everything in the homeowner's hands, and will discuss all resolutions. We take pride in our services and customer satisfaction and integrity is our biggest concern, " NOT RECEIVING THE PAYMENT", and moving to the next project. I've been with companies in the past when I was an employer and hated the fact that so many will botch and cover up issues that were problematic, and knowing soon they would worsen. Integrity is a fundamental key to life, and we keep this at the forefront here at "ALWAYS BEST SOLUTIONS LLC".

My customers get a quick sense of trust which I don't take for granted. The questions asked are "ALWAYS", what is the best procedures in the specific services we are providing. I'm trusted after a short period because it's easy to see genuity first hand, and I take pride in that. As well that extends to my employees and creates the whole dynamic of the company as a whole.

Recently there was an older house we were providing painting of entire interior, flooring, sump pump installation, windows and some deck repair. The house had had some leaks prior, which we were not made aware of, as well as due to the basement being dirt and not vapor locked, the house had retained moisture on the main level for some time. Therefore when we started painting the wear on the drywall seams, tape and several areas from moisture and leakage, the tape was separating and drywall that had been damaged and not remedied correctly would bubble out and basically was causing a mess with the painting. Obviously I didn't bid for this and I hadn't been made aware of the information that would have helped me foresee this issue, but still I understood that the homeowners didn't really know enough about this line of service , to know they needed to make me aware. So I just repaired everything and didn't add on additional charges. Whereas I might have been correct in doing so, and they would have been understanding in my doing so, but well it just didn't feel right to me. It only pushed me back two days and it was an honest mistake on their part. Obviously I couldn't do this every single time, depending on the severity. so i fixed everything and when it was time to pay the invoice, they were so shocked there was no upcharges, and while being extremely appreciative, they added a rather generous tip. More than I would've asked for by far if I charged for the extra service.
