How We Charge For Our Services

Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch - Clean and Seal
- $129.00 to $399.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Every job is different, therefore we have a multi -faceted approach to pricing. An example is deck cleaning or staining. While a new deck with no previous product applied would be x amount /sq. ft. ,an older deck with a common product such as Thompson Water Seal applied could be twice the price, reason being that the old product must be completely stripped off before a new product is installed. We price rails and spindles per linear foot because of the special application/cleaning methods used. A vinyl sided house wash would be less expensive than a brick house wash due to coverage of cleaning solution and so forth.

Gutter Cleaning
- $89.00 to $289.00 per cleaning
Every gutter cleaning job is different, so the prices will differ. You may have a 1 story home with 200 linear feet of gutter. You may have a 2 story home with 150 linear feet of gutter but 3 dormers that are guttered and need cleaned. What kind of access, the pitch of the roof, amount of debris...a lot of things will factor into the quote. Most of these, we can ask you a few questions over the phone, pull your address up via your county GIS website and give you a price via email or text. For some projects, we may have to come take a look. It's still free to you no matter what.

Gutter Guards and Covers - Install or Replace
- $5.79 to $7.79 per linear foot
Gutter guards, like gutter cleaning, are all different. Gutter guard installation will require an on site inspection /quote. We have to inspect the existing gutters, perform any necessary repairs to existing gutters and fascia trim board. Once again, all quotes and inspections are free to you.

Pressure Washing - Commercial
- $0.09 to $0.29 per square foot
Commercial pressure washing can be extremely complex. You could be dealing with 1/2 inch of grease (dumpster pads) ,different substrates with different cleaning methods for each surface. A lot of projects are of a restoration process and not just a basic cleaning. Some chemicals we use can be diluted and some must be used full strength. Chemical cost are probably the most costly part of any quote. All commercial projects will require an in person inspection and quote.

Pressure Washing - Residential
- $0.13 to $0.18 per square foot
All homes are designed with different substrates which require different cleaning solutions and techniques. As you can imagine, cleaning a 100% vinyl sided home is a far different process than cleaning a 1/2 vinyl, 1/2 brick home. Prices are adjusted accordingly. Most of the time, if your home is under 4000 sq. ft. ,we can pull up your home on your county GIS and give you a quote via email or text.

Roof - Cleaning
- $0.25 to $0.55 per square foot
Roofs are extremely difficult to quote unseen. Depending on the roof and roof type (asphalt shingle, steel, galvalume...) On a roof, we must always come out and inspect, and can usually give you a quote on the spot.

Window - Washing and Cleaning
- $3.00 to $6.00 per pane (outside only)
We provide exterior window cleaning only if the screens are removed. We start at $3/pane (up to 36w x 72l ) and $2 per screen. If wanting your screens cleaned we ask that you place them in a predetermined place in the back yard for easy access.
