Stair Remodel
Insalled new stairs, bannisters, newels and balusters for our client and stained with a cognac stain. It was previosly an iron rail system . This was an extremely complicated and maticulas job requiring precision skilled carpentry. We also repaired the walls and painted the entire area with a red and a sublte complimentry color recommended by our client.

Bathroom Remodel
This was a complete bathroom remodel. All new walls, floor, vanity, toilet, sink, cieling fan, Lighting fixtures and paint.

Bathroom Remodel
This was a complete bathroom remodel. New walls replaced bathtub with shower kit, new toilet, sink, vanity, cieling fan, light fixtures and new plubing for the sink, and the shower kit. We had to cut the cement floor out and move the drain from the old bathtub to accomidate the new shower kit drain. Also all the plumbing had to be replaced in order to remove the spout for the old bath tub and raise the water contols up for the shower kit. She was very pleased with the result

Kitchen Remodel
All new cabinets, floor, sink, faucets, lighting, countertops, backsplash and appliances. We used cermic floor planks to give it that wood floor look. it is the newest look that allows for durability in a highly used kitchen areas.

Deck Remodel
This was a complete remodel requiring us to rip off the top of the deck, the stairs, the stringers for the stairs and completely redo the deck. There was a lot of rotting and it had to be replaced. We rebuilt the top, all the stairs and painted the top of deck and stairs with a Cabot's timber oil natural semi transparent stain. It was previously painted on the top with a outdoor grey paint. We then painted the risers to the stairs an all the rails white. This was very difficult in that the stair design was quite elaborant.

It was great having Andy paint our house. We loved the way he worked. from pricing to finishing the job with not only what we hired him for but also doing more for no additional cost. We hired Andy just for the paint and he took out all the lighting and washed them before putting them back, something which we did not expect and were pleasantly surprised. He also did caulking everywhere to give the paint and the house a fresh look. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
