First off Where does the Name AnnRuel come from?
AnnRuel is the middle names of Marlene Ann MacNaughton and James Ruel MacNaughton the Owners of AnnRuel Services.
When did AnnRuel Start?
AnnRuel was first formed in 1980 as AnnRuel Studios which was a Wedding and Commercial Photography Studio. AnnRuel Services was a sideline business that handled commercial photography and insurance inspections as well as property management Services. As the years went on, Home Inspections appeared to be a natural transformation for the business
With thousands of insurance inspections under his belt for companies such as Allstate, USAA, Tower Insurance, Liberty mutual and many financial lenders, Jim decided to use these talents where he was trained to inspect above and beyond what a normal home Inspection would be, to start AnnRuel Home Inspections.
After several years of taking courses through Internachi, Southern Maine Community College and water test classes from Rutgers University as well as Rad

Jim, what can I say. You saved the day! My father use to be a builder and checked out the house on the lake for me, very closely and thought it looked good. When you used your thermal imaging camera and detected moisture under the new shingles on the roof and then verified the previous damage to the roof decking that was hidden under the new shingles you really saved the day. A+++ Service! On my 200 year old home purchase I was amazed when He found mold and mildew in a wall that looked like new! Upon tearing the wall apart it was just as he described, so glad he used the thermal imaging and then that snake camera he ran in the wall.
