What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Try to talk to the owner and ask if they subcontract out their calls, most do and then you are getting whats considered a 1099 employee of theirs. We don't subcontract our work out, we are small but we are family owned and operated.

Repairing your appliance is environmentally friendly in that its not going to the dump or a system that does not recycle. We strive to keep them running over the long haul.

1 year. Although these days the warranty on some parts have been reduced to 30 or 90 days we still stand by our work the full year.
