What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Choose the best professional service provider in the property's market area for the service you require. Do Not hire someone from 3 counties away as they may not know your market. Expect to get your report within at least 7-10 days and pay a reasonable fee for a professionally licensed service. Cheap and fast is not better and may cost you Time,Money, & Agrevation in the long run. Expect an hourly rate for any services provided beyond the appraisal report and for additional work not specified at the time of the engagement of the appraiser/assignment. Time is Money everywhere in the world for every professional.

How We Charge For Our Services

Real Estate Appraisers - Residential
- $375.00 to $450.00 fixed fee for a residential lot (less than 1 acre) - $375.00 to $600.00 fixed fee (single family home or condo) Collect fee for service prior to the inspection or at the time of the inspection via CC or local check. Trip & research time fee applies for all cancellations.
