I got my questions answered and he was professional and helpful. I believe that you have a wonderful, caring, employee, that wants to do the right thing by the customer. Tom Gabaldon has now inspected two homes for us- our first home two years ago and now our second home just a week or so ago. He is fantastic. He was so patient with us and allowed us to ask as many questions as we needed to in order to gain a strong understanding of the house. Hello! I wanted to share with you my review of the inspector that visited the property today at 17443 Nature Walk Trail #207 in Parker. The inspector that met me at the property today, arrived on time, wore shoe booties and immediately got to work. He was very professional throughout the entire time he was there and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a home inspection. His work was very thorough and you could tell he had a keen level of detail in every aspect of the inspection process. At the end, he gave me a full review of everything he checked and showed all of the pictures that he took. WOW! I can not believe the pride that this company takes in their work. I am purchasing a brand new home, my real estate agent told me that I probably didn\'t even need an inspection, but I could get one if I wanted. I cose to do so and used Axium. I was blown away by the way the inspector Jason would \"call out\" every thing that he possibly could. Wade seemed to get a rush from finding things that he could point out, things that gave me barganing power with the builder/seller. Wade gave me a 100 page inspection report on a brand new home in less than 48 hours right to my email with pictures and comments on every detail. Very pleased. Prompt, professional service and very knowlegeable. Wade took the time to show us photos of the issues he found while he was at our house. We received his report the next day and is was clear, consise and very easy to understand. The photos really helped to explain the issues identified. Home Inspection Services - $250.00 to $295.00 for less than 2,000 sf house - $325.00 to $525.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house - $525.00 to $725.00 for +4,000 sf house - $295.00 to $325.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical) We price our home inspections off of square footage of the home, as the inspector will take more time and it will take more effort to inspect a home that is 5,400 square feet versus one that is only 1,000. We offer a price match guarantee for all companies that are insured, bonded, and certified as we are.

Mold - Testing or Inspection - $195.00 to $295.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing) Testing samples are a fixed fee of $38 per sample. We must take a minimum of two samples but are able to take as many samples as the client deems necessary. Our inspection is a non-invasive inspection, looking for signs of moisture intrusion and other possible causes to mold invasion.

Roof - Inspection - $175.00 to $225.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline) If there is a long drive time, we may have to implement a trip charge, making the inspection a little more than the average of $195.
