Keep an open mind and understand the material prices vary on a regular basis so quote you get a month ago may not be relatively close to something you get now.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

Our most common service is custom, new construction homes however, we also do a lot of concrete work, painting, work, roofing, work, stucco, work, drywall work, and many other odds and ends projects and other large projects as well. Since we are a full purpose construction company we can accommodate anything you need other than electrical, HVAC or plumbing as we do not carry the licenses to provide those services.

We are separated from our competition in multiple ways. The most important of those ways is the fact that we provide quality service had discounted prices. Where most companies, including our competition are charging in excess for their services and time rendered, we are focused primarily on our customer satisfaction, and less concerned with the amount of profit we make as long as we still make some.

Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?

Many of our services come with guarantees and warrantees however, not everything can be warranted or guaranteed. There are also many exceptions to said warranties and guarantees. We always recommend that our customers read over the provided paperwork regarding warranties and guarantees prior to signing the contract with us. That way they are well-informed and can make an educated judgment call as to whether they choose to move forward with us as a company or not.
