We go out of our way to make all of our buildings and maintenance-free as humanly possible. Although every building needs to be maintained, we try to minimize the amount of maintenance throughout the design process.

Mr. Balber uses a state-of-the-art networking system to create all of his drawings and documents. He strives to implement his philosophy via forward-thinking designs that incorporate sustainable, or “Green”, techniques wherever possible. Most of the time he will introduce his clients to a more sustainable way of building by simply specifying a maintenance-free product, while other times the project demands that he gets more involved technically, i.e. solar study models.
