What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Ask to see the contractors license, or go on line to and check with MHIC, is the contractor with the BBB (check on line if complaints have been filed and if they have been satisfactory settled, ask what materials do they use, do they have pictures, and confirmed references, how much down payment is required (should not be more than 1/3 the total cost of the project) will the person selling the project be doing the work, will the project be worked on everyday until completed, or is he doing multiple jobs at the same time, does the contractor have a written contract with a detailed Scope of Work, and if needed detailed drawings, does the contractor offer design ideas, does the contractor offer a customer satisfaction and warranty, is he using licensed plumbers and electricians for those areas of work, does you advise if a permit is needed for the project.

- $12,000.00 to $30,000.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom)
Cost is based on complexity of the project, plumbing, materials, etc. Each project is based on that bathroom, and falls within the average cost for this area as shown in the cost vs value 2016 Report.
