What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

A:
|
The frustration of adapting to adult employment and social demands after college and graduate school can be overwhelming, especially when you feel like your boss just doesn't get it, you can't seem to crack the dating scene, and you are at a loss as to how to find new friendships. To make matters worse, you may process information slightly differently due to a learning difference, perhaps feeling like you just can't crack the professional office code and completely fulfill or understand your role at work. On top of that, your personal life feels unsatisfying, leaving you feeling like an unsuccessful adult.
The good news is that it does not have to be this way! Being an adult with a learning difference does present unique challenges, but that does not mean that you cannot tap into your strengths and circumvent or overcome your weaknesses to have success in your professional and social life! Through role play, processing situations at work, and sharpening and developing your dating and social skills, you can have a successful adulthood! As someone who has managed a learning difference his whole life, and has worked with many young adults with learning differences, I know that it is possible to overcome your challenges.
