How We Charge For Our Services
|
Appliance Water Line - Install or Repair
- $50.00 to $150.00 per hour Price of job is determined by difficulty of job, as well as materials, and variety of tools required for the work.

Faucets - Install or Repair
- $75.00 to $150.00 for sink or bath faucet (install only) - $100.00 to $200.00 for sink or bath faucet (includes mid-grade fixture) Prices are determined by difficulty of faucet, as well as other potential complications with leaking stops ecs. (Price does not include materials)

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace
- $50.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus parts) The scope of the work can vary to greatly to be able to narrow down a window, but I will do free estimates per project.

Plumbing Contractors - Commercial
- $75.00 to $200.00 per hour (plus parts and materials) A higher rate would be for a more demanding schedule, and rushed project deadlines. Now we cannot rush to the point where our work is not up to code or lacking in quality because it goes against our morals.

Plumbing Contractors - Residential
- $75.00 to $200.00 per hour (plus parts and materials) Greatly depends on materials being installed, as well as variety of tools required to complete work.

Plumbing for Remodel or Addition - Install
- $50.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus parts and materials) - $3,000.00 to $10,000.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with copper - $1,800.00 to $8,000.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with pvc - $1,750.00 to $7,000.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with cpvc - $1,500.00 to $6,000.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with pex Prices vary greatly by spite of work. Lower end being a replacement of only exposed pipes in home, and higher end would be for entire home including behind walls and moving between floors.

Toilet - Install or Repair
- $150.00 to $200.00 fixed fee (labor only; toilet pre-purchased) - $375.00 to $500.00 fixed fee (labor and standard grade toilet) Depends on complications with replacement.

Water Pipes & Valves - Install or Repair
- $75.00 to $200.00 per hour (plus materials) - $4,000.00 to $9,000.00 fixed fee (copper piping for 1500 sf house) - $2,000.00 to $4,500.00 fixed fee (pex piping for 1500 sf house) - $2,500.00 to $6,000.00 fixed fee (cpvc piping for 1500 sf house) - $4.00 to $6.00 per linear foot (cpvc) Prices do not include material, and as always varies between difficulty of job and complete scope of work.
