Business Brokerage & Consulting
- 2.00 to 25.00 percent I believe that billing by the hour often leads to abuse, or at least the perception of abuse by one side or the other.
While my fees always include certain nominal amounts to cover costs, the bulk of my fees are usually tied in with the success of the venture.
I like to be on the same side as my clients.

Management Consulting
- $100.00 to $500.00 per hour I prefer a fee arrangement that fairly compensates for my time, but which provides the greatest part of my profits from the benefit I bring to the client.

Marketing - Consultants
- 100.00 to 500.00 percent of sales I usually charge a nominal fee, plus a percentage of the measurable benefit I bring to the client.

Mergers & Acquisitions - Consultants and Advisors
- 2.00 to 40.00 percent The nature of my fee varies, depending on the nature of my participation and the side of the transaction for which I am working.
It can range from a small hourly with a Lehman or modified Lehman attribute, all the way up to $1,000 hourly, plus expenses.
