How We Charge For Our Services

Asphalt Demolition or Removal
- $4.50 to $8.50 per square foot
35% deposit is required upfront to cover project expenses. The remaining balance is due either on a pay-as-you-go basis, or in full within 48 Hours of project completion.

Demolition - Residential
- $6.50 to $9.50 per square foot
35% deposit is required upfront to cover project expenses. The remaining balance is due either on a pay-as-you-go basis, or in full within 48 Hours of project completion.

Pool Demolition or Removal
- $2,500.00 to $5,500.00 fixed fee (in-ground pool, complete demo)
- $450.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee (above ground pool)
- $1,100.00 to $2,100.00 fixed fee (in-ground pool, partial demo)
Full balance due at time of service.
