How We Charge For Our Services

Asbestos - Inspection and Testing
- $25.00 to $75.00 per sample for lab testing
- $250.00 to $350.00 fixed fee for air test
Visual asbestos inspection is included with a home inspection. If lab testing is required, it is usually consists of sending a piece (bulk Sampling) of the suspected material to qualified laboratory.

Chimney - Inspection
- $75.00 to $125.00 fixed fee (level 2 inspection)
- $125.00 to $175.00 fixed fee (level 3 inspection)
Chimney inspections are included with a home inspection. An additional charge is required for video inspections.

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $0.05 to $0.15 per square foot

Home Inspection Services
- $225.00 to $275.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $295.00 to $420.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $275.00 to $295.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Pricing is based on the homes square footage and age. The larger and older the home, the longer the inspection and reporting time required.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $50.00 to $65.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $225.00 to $295.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Mold testing with a home inspection is lower than a mold inspection only. We include up to 3 samples for laboratory analysis.

Pool - Inspection
- $125.00 to $300.00 for inspection and report (olympic size commercial pool)
- $50.00 to $125.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
Swimming pools include visual inspection and operation of controls to water analysis
