Don Hall, Owner
Don has been in the construction industry since his teens and really likes fixing problems in buildings. He has the following licenses and certifications: Florida Certified Building Contractor, HERS Class 1 Energy Rater, Energy Star Partner, Building Energy Assessment Professionals, RESNET, Certified Public Buildings Rater, Certified Commercial Energy Rater, FPL Preferred Contractor and SELF contractor. Don has spent, and continues to spend, countless hours studying to maintain these certifications and affiliations. And, quite frankly, he takes his building science very seriously.
As a nationally certified energy rater, he uses building science to evaluate your home's condition and to recommend energy updates based on real science. Based on his years of practical experience, he has developed "Fiberglass Plus," a proprietary insulation program for Florida attics.
Building Performance Services is family-owned by Don and his wife Barbara. They have resided in Vero Beach since 1994.
