How We Charge For Our Services

Bathroom - Add or Build New
- $1,250.00 to $1,700.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom)
Most times on custom Bathroom Additions I will charge $450 per fixture. This price is labor only no parts or fixtures.

Bathroom - Remodel
- $1,250.00 to $1,700.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom)
Again this is based on $450 per fixture .No parts included

Bathtub - Install or Replace
- $450.00 to $700.00 fixed for porcelain enameled steel tub (installed)
- $350.00 to $600.00 fixed fee for acrylic tub (installed)
- $650.00 to $850.00 fixed fee for cast iron tub (installed)
- $700.00 to $900.00 fixed fee (includes porcelain tub)
- $55.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus cost of tub)
Well my billing philosophy would be based on about how many hours I would think it would take to do a job and how many men it would take to complete the job.

Drain Line or Pipe - Video Inspection
- $115.00 to $135.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $25.00 to $35.00 per linear foot of pipe
- $225.00 to $325.00 fixed fee for video inspection
My billing philosophy is based on how and where I would gain Access To the Pipe to carry out the Inspection and how many men I would need to complete the inspection.
