How We Charge For Our Services

Cleaning Services - Industrial
- $22.50 to $29.50 per man hour
- $0.15 to $0.22 per square foot
This price includes janitorial cleaning services. No additional charge for sweeping, light dusting, waste disposal, vacuuming or mopping, toilet cleaning, re-filling soap dispensers, and replenshing bathroom supplies. Cost does not account for medical offices, healthcare facilities, one-time service, and the first cleaning visit.
