- $350.00 to $500.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
We inspect the entire home as necessary for cause and effect, take notes, pictures and e-mail a licensed EPA report with recommendations.

Radon Gas - Testing or Inspection
- $100.00 fixed fee for radon test (typical four bedroom home)

Toxic Lead - Testing or Inspection
- $100.00 to $350.00 fixed fee for soil test
- $100.00 to $350.00 fixed fee for water quality test
- $100.00 to $150.00 fixed fee for on-site sampling and lab testing (up to 5 samples)
Lab fees are dependant on number of samples and location. FHA required testing is available
