How We Charge For Our Services

Basement - New Basement Addition
- $22.00 to $35.00 per square foot
We invoice a customer only after we have completed a portions of the work, not before. It is not our philosophy to accept upfront money.

Bathroom - Remodel
- $8,500.00 to $18,000.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom)

Kitchen - Remodeling
- $11,000.00 to $35,000.00 fixed fee (full remodel with standard options)
