Addition to House - Build - $125.00 to $250.00 per square foot for standard grade construction Based on an average Family Room addition. However, every project is different. Many things go into an accurate estimate.

Basement - New Basement Addition - $55.00 to $110.00 per square foot - $35,000.00 to $85,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate Based on a average basement around 1000SF. Every project is different. Many things go into an accurate estimate. Getting an estimate from a remodeling contractor about your particular project is the only true way to know cost.

Bathroom - Remodel - $12,500.00 to $18,000.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom) Every project is different. Many things go into an accurate estimate.

Handyman Services - Residential - $75.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus parts and materials) Typically are rates start at $75 per hour and are billed at the closest 15 minutes. We have a minimum first hour charge of $150, after the first hour the regular hourly applies .

Kitchen - Remodeling - $125.00 to $185.00 per square foot (for basic construction) - $19,709.00 to $58,536.00 fixed fee (full remodel with standard options) Every project is different.
