What separates your company from the competition?

While there are many very good painters out there, I do not go around telling people we're the best there is, but I can tell you the number one reason why our customers continue to use our services as well as refer us to others....trust. You can look through our testimonials and read how we do a great job, or how our attitudes are professional and respectful etc, but you can't build trust with a good looking website or well written words. Trust is built over time. It involves having integrity, respect, and understanding for others.

Interior repaint and refinishing project. The customer wanted to repaint her entire home as well as having the wood work refinished. Their were a few challenges. One, the customer wanted to keep the original color of the wood and didn't want us to sand the wood to the point where the color was lost. Would not have been an issue had the wood trim not had paint splatter all over it. The sanding required would definitely cause some of the wood to lose its color. So to help the customer understand we took a shelf from a pantry and sanded it down, stained it, and applied poly. When it was complete we showed her the result and told her we will do the same for all the wood trim and that there was no need to worry about color inconsistency. this was a good size project that totaled 3600.00

Original color was brown. Although the room has many windows they were mostly north and northwest facing. So we went with a lighter color to create the feel of a larger and lighter room.

How We Charge For Our Services

Home Interior - Paint or Stain
- $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
I use a formula that matches the project with the speed and skill of the painter. This enables me to be give very accurate effective estimates to home owner that is time effective and affordable.

Small Projects - Painting or Staining
- $450.00 to $2,000.00 fixed fee per room
The cost differences come from multiple factors that need to be taken into account. 1. Room size. (The bigger the room the more time and labor required to complete the project).
2. Preparation needed. (Plastering, priming, repairs to ceiling, walls, or trim).
3. Painting just walls or ceiling, walls, and trim
4. Costs needed. (Light colors going over very dark colors usually need 3 coats).
5. Wainscoting and other decorative wood paneling on walls. (Just a small section of these types of decorative walls can take a considerable amount of time).
6. Does the furniture or pictures need to be removed
