How We Charge For Our Services

Chimney - Inspection
- $75.00 fixed fee (level 1 inspection)
Free with a General Home Inspection

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $150.00 per hour
Commercial Property Inspections are budgeted by the hour of field work and desk work. We always commit to a "NOT TO EXCEED" dollar amount.

Home Inspection Services
- $285.00 to $325.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $375.00 to $425.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $425.00 to $475.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $325.00 to $375.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
200% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with our work, we'll refund your money and pay for another company to perform.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $150.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $485.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Our mold inspections can be billed a flat fee of $485 for a max of three air samples. Or we can also bill $150.00 for a initial service call which includes a visual inspection. If recommended, we can charge by the sample.

Pool - Inspection
- $75.00 to $200.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
Pool Inspection during a regular home inspection cost $75.00. A stand alone pool inspection cost $200.00

Roof - Inspection
- $200.00 to $250.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
One story home $200
Two story home $250

Structural Inspections - Residential or Commercial
- $150.00 per hour
Charged by the hourly rate of $150 for a minimum of 2 hours for field and reporting.
