What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

The best advice that I can give is what I would personally look for, and that is a company with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and great communication before and after the service. Make sure your service professional has the proper credentials for the job IE: Licensed and carries a degree of insurance to protect not only the company but most importantly, you.

We differ from our competitors by specializing and creating a level of service that is unexpected. Our company empowers our customers to make informed decisions by giving them knowledge and a better sense of how their home works as a system. The purchase of a home is a very large time and financial commitment and at times can also be very stressful.We love to meet new people everyday and fulfill our fiduciary duty to our clients. The purchase of a home is supposed to be an exciting time, and we enjoy adding value to the home buying experience. When we are done with the inspection, you, as the client will have peace of mind about the things that are ok, and will know what to do next concerning the things that need attention, with a detailed understandable report with photos. Informing and educating our customers gives us great satisfaction.

Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?
|
A:
|
We offer a 90 Day home warranty on every home that we inspect. Your home is covered for 90 days from the date of the inspection. Our home warranty is administered through a 3rd party and most systems in the home are covered with no red tape. If we miss anything within the scope of the inspection, it's covered.

James Saunders-President/Member. Our company was started in 2016 in an effort to have personal interaction with the community and provide more flexibility for ourselves and fellow inspectors. I personally wanted to build a company that clients could trust and depend on in this day in age, with the understanding that business is not just about finance, but most importantly, relationships. Over the years as a consumer, I have seen too many businesses, focus on how much money they can scour from others, not show up on time, bad communication and no accountability. As an inspection firm, we wanted to be different and be the exception to the level of service the community has been receiving and provide value, as well as be there for a client even after the inspection. Times change, but a high level of service should not.
