How We Charge For Our Services
Architects - Commercial
- $125.00 to $140.00 per hour (plus materials)
Each Project's Professional Fee is determined on a individual basis depending upon the size, type, complexity and services required.

Architects - Residential
- $125.00 per hour (plus materials)
We practice the billing philosophy of cost based compensation. We estimate the hours to be spent for each task and present a fixed proposal base upon that estimate.
