My client suffers from Lyme disease and CIRS Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome and there house had multiple areas (95%) of the house was affected by mold. The house was built in the early 2000's and did not appear to have any issues from the visual eye. Our progressive testing strategies allowed us to detect several species of molds, mycotoxins, formaldehyde and heavy amounts of VOC's. All of these toxins were causing my client to not be able to function much at all during the day or night. Barely able to walk was when I first met her. Clean Air Environmental helped guide the client to a certified and vetted restoration company to assist with the claim. Clean Air Environmental monitored the job during its progress to ensure the job was going as planned. Once the remediation was completed Clean Air Environmental was able to provide a Post Clearance Verification letter to the client, because all of the test passed the first go around. This includes mold and mycotoxin testing. We were able to turn a 3 month project into a 2 month project allowing our clients to begin their rebuild of their home and get moved back in faster.
