- $25.00 to $55.00 fixed fee per visit
To accomplish our mission, we provide unparalleled service to clients who trust us to keep their properties clean.
We typically charge by the hour with a 1 hour minimum.
Fixed Fee Visits are per visit based on Total Square Feet or Number of Parking Spaces.

We recycle and donate to local charities when possible. 2 Hour Minimum

Parking Lot - Cleaning & Sweeping
- $25.00 to $55.00 per sweep (25 space lot)
- $35.00 to $55.00 per sweep (200 space lot)
- $55.00 to $100.00 per sweep (1000 space lot)
- $45.00 to $65.00 per sweep (500 space lot)
